1. Service Description

TeraBox Downloader is a free tool that resolves public TeraBox sharing links into video playback and download pages. We do not host, store, or own any video content. We simply provide a technical utility to access publicly shared links from TeraBox.

2. Data We Store

When you paste a TeraBox URL, we store only:

• The TeraBox video ID extracted from the URL
• Video metadata returned by TeraBox (title, thumbnail URL, file size) — cached for performance

We do NOT store your name, email, IP address, or any personal identity when you use the website. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Only access content you have the legal right to view
• Not use the service to violate any applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features of the service
• Not use automated bots or scrapers in a way that degrades service for other users

4. Content Disclaimer

All video and file content accessed through our service is hosted by TeraBox or other third-party sources and shared by users. We do not host, own, control, review, verify, endorse, or moderate any of this content. We simply provide a technical tool that helps users resolve publicly shared links into playback or download URLs.

Users are solely responsible for whatever they view, open, share, or download through the service, including confirming that they have the legal right to access that content. We are not responsible for any video, file, title, thumbnail, metadata, copyright status, legality, accuracy, safety, or consequences of third-party content.

5. DMCA / Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that a video accessible through our service infringes your copyright:

• Send a DMCA notice to legal@terabox.beer with the specific TeraBox video ID or URL
• Include your full name, email, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you own the copyright or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• We will remove the video ID from our database and cache within 5 business days of a valid notice

Note: We do not host video files. Removing a video ID from our database prevents our tool from resolving that link, but the original content remains on TeraBox's servers. You must contact TeraBox directly to have the content removed from their platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The website interface, design, logo, and original code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TeraBox Downloader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from use of our service
• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Any video, file, metadata, or other content hosted on third-party platforms
• Legal issues arising from user misuse of the service

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with TeraBox, Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, and Razorpay. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the operation or content of these third-party services.

9. Advertising

We display advertisements via Google AdSense to support the free service. By using the website, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such modifications or discontinuation.

11. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the service for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to abusive crawling, attempts to bypass security, or unlawful use.
